Tile and Grout Cleaning "Big Deals & Groupons & more discounted offers..."

Tile and Grout Cleaning "Big Deals & Groupons & more discounted offers..." take as much as 50% from business owners to promote there business through e-mails, phone calls, and more. That means that whatever deal a business is offering, the company doing the deal wants 50% of say $100 then will be paid out to business owner in 1,2 or even three payments over a 2-6 month period...The consumer whom is purchasing these certificates are led to believe they are getting a quality service which ultimately has you believing they'll work twice as hard for half the money they'll deserve and then the provider of service or goods will be paid by the "providing advertiser" over a lengthy period...As a current local service provider, I doubt any reasonable reputable company will do as they say...As matter of fact the only company whom wins on this deal is the advertiser of the product or service folks...Consumer Note: Try to get your money back when you change your mind or dissatisfied with a service...These advertising company's have tiny printed stipulations that have detailed requirements in order to get any money back...Wish you folks luck and look forward in earning your business respectfully just like I have been doing over the last 12 years, and by the way, I personally contacted one of these company's in order to create more business and figured out this is really not a good idea for small business or you!

PROFESSIONAL TILE AND GROUT CLEANING - Front Entry Rugs??? See Photo...

Buy a version of these (Oriental Rug)

Don't buy these rugs (above)

Professional tile and grout cleaning in Las Vegas sees front entry rugs everyday...However, there is one rug you shouldn't buy because it is mad from some type of rubber that if walked on wet, or if your brush your shoes off on it, guess what? It's tracked throughput the house! My suggestion would to buy a cheaper (lookalike) smaller oriental rug (decent thickness - see pic.) and periodically cleaned after several months of use! Tile and Grout Cleaning plus Sealing - How Often Should I have Service?

"Perfect Example of of how often."

T
ile and Grout Cleaning plus Sealing clients often ask how often should I have service on my tile and grout? Under most circumstances tile and grout will get filthy dirty within a 12 month period due to family, pets, parties, etc. Cleaning and Sealing in my professional opinion should be annually. This keeps your floors "looking" beautiful, but also rids of germs and diseases whereas "carpet" hides these issues, and hard surfaces expose these conditions that have no where to hide. Please contact Michael @ www.lasvegastileandgroutcleaning.com and set-up your appointment TODAY!

Tile and Grout Sealing - How long before I can walk on it?

Tile and grout sealing question often asked is "how long before I can walk on it". After your floors have been cleaned and sealed the floors will appear dry in approximately 10-15 minutes and lite travel can be achieved as long as "socks" or "shoe-covers" are worn. The sealer used is "water-based" and leaves no imperfections, haze, smear, gloss, or change of any composition. Try to walk less the day of service on your "like-new" tile and grout as going to lunch or dinner immediately following is a good idea! For your tile and grout cleaning plus sealing visit www.lasvegastileandgroutcleaning.com TODAY!

Tile and Grout Cleaning plus Sealing - How much is it???

Tile and Grout Cleaning plus Sealing prospective callers often asks "How much is it". Technically we can't see floors through the phone nor can any description certify your exact material, filth, sealed or unsealed, sanded or unsanded grout, wax, etc.etc.etc. I'VE SEEN EVERYTHING AND I NEVER KNOW WHAT I AM GOING TO SEE NEXT! Sometimes giving "ballpark" prices aren't the best idea either. As a seasoned veteran of "Tile and Grout Cleaning plus Sealing" (over 10 years) I believe I am what most say would be an "expert", as if your looking to have your job done safe, effective, efficient, and sane you'll hire us! It's OK to have general ideas about others, but the field demands the "going rate" for service plus results. People's prices are all over the place, just like the grocery store. For the "Best Results" call Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning and ask for Michael, he's the owner and worker that will be seeing you @ your home!

Tile and Grout Cleaning - What Sealer?

Tile and Grout Cleaning prospective clients always ask what sealer is applied and why. Almost every floor that is cleaned by Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning will have "water based sealer" applied due to it's natural appearance that it leaves. It leaves your floors looking beautiful, typically no-haze or smears, no uplifting of film, and easy to maintain. Sealers "don't keep your floors clean" they simply PROTECT by making your floors "repel" and "bead" substances that may fall to the floor. Be very careful of applying anything to your hard surfaces other than "water based sealers" the consequences could actually lead to restoration. Also consider safety in your home (slipping, falling, scraping ,etc.) which many overlook. For more information visit www.lasvegastileandgroutcleaning.com TODAY!

Tile and Grout Cleaning - Why Clear Seal?

Clear Sealing your tile and grout will help elevate most spills and stains from penetrating. Tiles are impervious from stains/spills (IE: ceramic, porcelain, etc.) where as you'll benefit wherever grout exist! This is where the real work of sealers come in place! Skipping this step after your floors are cleaned is a big mistake. Ugly grout occurs from unsealed grout in most cases. Always have your tile and grout cleaned and then sealed professionally. Sealers can last a life time, but they will not keep your floors clean, that's up to you and ME! Visit www.lasvegastileandgroutcleaning.com to schedule your cleaning and sealing today!

Tile and Grout Cleaning plus Sealing - This weeks work!

Tile and grout cleaning plus sealing this week went real well! Cleaned & restored a real nasty porcelain tile sealer job that didn't adhere and was uplifting terribly ...Five hours later the floor came out "like new again" and a very happy "expecting" mom! This family bought this 4000 square foot bank owned problem home which was rehabbed completely!

Quite often I see floors with sealers applied that don't belong on there floors! It's hard to understand why sometimes we all do what our heart desires at times, but sometimes we just do it anyway! Stay away from any topical coatings unless professionally applied! High gloss, acrylic, solvent, etc., etc. just stay away from problems. Try not to listen to people whom talk (especially the ones in well known retail stores) they don't clean tile or seal floors everyday. Most people do things abruptly because they heard of a friend whom did it, or walked out of a fancy shmancy hotel with big hopes! Professional Tile and Grout Cleaning plus Sealing Question: How often?

Tile and Grout Cleaning plus Sealing question I often here at the end of cleaning my clients residences or offices is how often should they call? Well, in almost all cases floors get typically filthy dirty again in a matter of 10-12 months with regular traffic (family, pets, party's, etc.) however if you wear clean socks on your feet with no shoes and bare feet, and stay away from chemicals (store bought) your floors will stay cleaner longer! Very few people tippy toe in there house. Annual Service is recommended. Not only will your floors "look" beautiful but will keep you "healthier" as well! Tile and Grout Color Sealing - Help

Tile and Grout Color Sealing works great if floors are prepped properly before color seal is applied. Traditionally most people think of color sealing because they believe there existing grout can't get clean! In today's world, almost all calls that come into Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning regarding floors to be color sealed get amazing results with a natural cleaning via machinery. My first reaction is to tell the caller/client lets get it cleaned first, then make your decision...Then immediately following a clear water based sealer is applied! Here's an example of a floor that was color sealed and not prepped properly as you see a "over-laid color" as well as the "old" existing grout color underneath. Terrible problem for the future! Visit www.lasvegastileandgroutcleaning.com and schedule your cleaning today!

Tile and Grout Cleaning - Commercial Tiled Floors

Tile and Grout floors in your commercial tiled floors buildings need service every 3-6 months depending on actual traffic your office/building has. It's hard to tell people to kick off there shoes or even wear clean socks when they enter your business. The only resolution is to have regularly scheduled tile and grout cleanings. In addition to regular service, how you keep those floors clean before Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning gets there you should use neutral cleaners and/or microfiber padded mops. Most cleaning personal do not know how to care for "tiled floors" and result to whatever they have in there cleaning supplies and in turn make the floors dirtier faster and possibly embedding permanent damage to grout lines. Visit www.lasvegastileandgroutcleaning.com and call to schedule your cleaning today!

Tile and Grout Cleaning - Travertine Tile -

Tile and Grout Cleaning of travertine tile should be cleaned with neutral cleaning products (homeowner) and a Professional cleaning service like Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning annually! Travertine tiles are sometimes harder to keep clean due to the finish of the stone as well as deep natural pitting. I get a lot of calls regarding pitting, and most of the time it is minor, and advise homeowner's to leave it alone as sometimes when these holes/pits are filled they leave an eye sore effect that looks worse than the pitting...If you bought the floor, then you bought the natural look it displays...Don't try to change the appearance!
