LAS VEGAS TILE AND GROUT CLEANING - TEN TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP YOUR TILE AND GROUT CLEANER!

LAS VEGAS TILE AND GROUT CLEANING - TEN TIPS ON HOW TO KEEP YOUR  TILE AND GROUT CLEANER! This is the most asked question I get when servicing my new clients, especially after spoiling them on the first visit. So here we go:

1. Take shoes off, no BARE FEET. Use clean cotton socks only!
2. Put oriental style wool carpet at front door as well as other heavily traveled areas.
3. Throw out all your store bought chemicals under the sinks so no one else ruins your floors!
4. Clean garage and driveway surfaces (especially sidewalks). Hire a Pressure washing company.
5. Blow leaves and other debris away from entrances.
6. Make guest remove shoes (Ask Politely)
7. Use Micro Fiber Padded Mops, Not Swifter's, deck swabs, or steam mops.
8. Do not use vinegar or Clorox.
9. Clean weekly in 10x10 sections, clean + rinse. Blue Dawn and Micro Fiber Padded mop.
10. Put a chair at your entrances to sit down so it is easier to remove shoes.

Most people appreciate my tile and grout cleaning service annually, if your on a tighter budget or just don't have the time, these ten steps can help you stretch your cleaning intervals. Tile and Grout Cleaning - Commercial Tiled Floors

Tile and Grout floors in your commercial tiled floors buildings need service every 3-6 months depending on actual traffic your office/building has. It's hard to tell people to kick off there shoes or even wear clean socks when they enter your business. The only resolution is to have regularly scheduled tile and grout cleanings. In addition to regular service, how you keep those floors clean before Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning gets there you should use neutral cleaners and/or microfiber padded mops. Most cleaning personal do not know how to care for "tiled floors" and result to whatever they have in there cleaning supplies and in turn make the floors dirtier faster and possibly embedding permanent damage to grout lines. Tile and Grout Cleaning - Travertine Tile -

Tile and Grout Cleaning of travertine tile should be cleaned with neutral cleaning products (homeowner) and a Professional cleaning service like Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning annually! Travertine tiles are sometimes harder to keep clean due to the finish of the stone as well as deep natural pitting. I get a lot of calls regarding pitting, and most of the time it is minor, and advise homeowner's to leave it alone as sometimes when these holes/pits are filled they leave an eye sore effect that looks worse than the pitting...If you bought the floor, then you bought the natural look it displays...Don't try to change the appearance! Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning Helpful Tips

Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning Helpful Tips actually help after floor is cleaned and then sealed. The tile sealer will need to "cure" within a 24 hour period. Air, heat, and other methods for drying will not speed up the "curing" process.

Try to wear socks at all times especially through the "curing" process. Do not replace furniture on newly cleaned tile surfaces for at least 6 hours. Keep pets, kids, and others off floors as much as possible. When maintaining your floors, weekly maintenance is recommended, and with household mixtures only. Soap (few drips of blue DAWN) mixed with water (18 oz.).Please refrain from using existing chemicals found in your home, or aisles of cleaning chemicals found at your local stores. Also avoid recommendations made by friends or family. These "foreign" chemicals or "methods" can actually embed dirt or grime permanently in to your floors, sometimes making it impossible to remove.Make sure you purchase a flat mop with removable pad so it can be rinsed frequently and kept nearby. Purchase an empty trigger bottle (18 oz) and use supplies as mentioned above for your mixtures. Hazing and Smearing could be possible after sealing sets up, let sealer sit for a week before any cleaning or removal so the curing is set.
