1. Take shoes off, no BARE FEET. Use clean cotton socks only!
2. Put oriental style wool carpet at front door as well as other heavily traveled areas.
3. Throw out all your store bought chemicals under the sinks so no one else ruins your floors!
4. Clean garage and driveway surfaces (especially sidewalks). Hire a Pressure washing company.
5. Blow leaves and other debris away from entrances.
6. Make guest remove shoes (Ask Politely)
7. Use Micro Fiber Padded Mops, Not Swifter's, deck swabs, or steam mops.
8. Do not use vinegar or Clorox.
9. Clean weekly in 10x10 sections, clean + rinse. Blue Dawn and Micro Fiber Padded mop.
10. Put a chair at your entrances to sit down so it is easier to remove shoes.

Color Sealing should be considered only if the project is above 3 floors, or in a decorative area. Almost in every residential home I've seen (99%), tile and grout cleaning restore's your grout back to "like-new" condition. Color Sealed floors will get as dirty as natural grouted floors. 

Wanna keep your grout lines consistently one color throughout? Stay away from any chemicals you buy at various locations or referred a particular product that is highly recommended. These are the products that are making your grout lines fade and become inconsistent. Example; light brown to dark brown, white to off white, etc. etc.

For all ceramic, porcelain, or any other man made material use Blue Dawn Dish Soap and water. Work in small areas. Be sure to rinse.

For all natural stones like travertine, marble, granite, use "Neutral Cleaner", this product is close to plain water, however, has a special additive for cleaning your material without harming (etching) your investment. Check your local specialty cleaning stores!

1. Stay away from all chemicals you were using before.
2. Use "Bona" Micro Fiber Mop
3. No shoes of any kind or bare feet
4. Clean+rinse tile and grout in 10'x10' sections
5. Put a sign outside door "please remove shoes".
6. Get rid of rubber entrance mats, replace with thick wool rugs.
7. Clean spills when they occur, do not put off till the next day.
8. Use area rugs in kitchen, laundry, front entrance, and avoid sticky tape on bottom of rugs.
9. This is an annual service with family and pets.
10. No additional topical coatings after I leave.
