Quite often I see floors with sealers applied that don't belong on there floors! It's hard to understand why sometimes we all do what our heart desires at times, but sometimes we just do it anyway! Stay away from any topical coatings unless professionally applied! High gloss, acrylic, solvent, etc., etc. just stay away from problems. Try not to listen to people whom talk (especially the ones in well known retail stores) they don't clean tile or seal floors everyday. Most people do things abruptly because they heard of a friend whom did it, or walked out of a fancy shmancy hotel with big hopes!
