Tile and Grout Cleaning - Porcelain Tile
Tile and Grout Cleaning of Porcelain tile at recent job 4-26-10 that came out with excellent results that everyone appreciates! In this particular case this client had just moved into her short-sale home and couldn't stand the look of filthy tile and grout especially after she was having all the carpet replaced as well as a fresh painting throughout. The tile and grout was filthy (See above Picture) as well as the grout lines were nearing black in color especially in the kitchen area and walkways. Upon completion the client was tickled to death about her experience with Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning and expected to schedule every year for annual service! Tile and Grout Cleaning - Shower Stalls
Tile and Grout Cleaning at the shower stalls seems to be a regular call for service from homeowners. Soap scum, mold, and body oils are the main reasons why shower stalls get dirty fast! Best way to care for them in the future is to seal them once cleaned professionally then monitor to repeat service every 3-5 years. Stay away from harsh chemicals, and try to wipe down after each shower (squeegee or towel). If re-chalking edges make sure all residue is scraped thoroughly and wiped with mineral spirits then completely dry surface (overnight) then apply DAP chalk nice thin bead along corners and cracks then let dry up 24 hours. This process is critical, any skipped step creates mold behind the chalk being laid and/or improper adhesion of chalk which leads to peeling.
