Often when I get the call to come out to a new client, I often notice similar issues that lay on top of there surfaces and/or build up that is similar to a layer of product mixed in with what ever is laying on top of the surface (grease, grime, dirt, dust) embedding itself not only as like a "waxy" build-up but an impossible topical coating that takes sometimes a jack hammer to uplift. Solution, do not add topical coatings including the following (no matter what the side of the containers read!)



1. 2-10 Coats of sealer...One coat only! Sealer acts as a repellent.
2. Gloss products...Don't try to change the material appearance...It is what it is.
3. Wax. NO WAX!
4. MOP N GLO - Linoleum material only! Not any other material period!!!
5. Sticky materials holding carpet to floors (especially on natural stones) Can uplift material!
6. NON-RINSE Chemicals??? See photo!
7. Swifter Mops. Pad too thin, solution terrible! Get micro fiber mops period!

1. Stay away from all chemicals you were using before.
2. Use "Bona" Micro Fiber Mop
3. No shoes of any kind or bare feet
4. Clean+rinse tile and grout in 10'x10' sections
5. Put a sign outside door "please remove shoes".
6. Get rid of rubber entrance mats, replace with thick wool rugs.
7. Clean spills when they occur, do not put off till the next day.
8. Use area rugs in kitchen, laundry, front entrance, and avoid sticky tape on bottom of rugs.
9. This is an annual service with family and pets.
10. No additional topical coatings after I leave.
