Tile and Grout Cleaning - Top Ten reasons why your Grout is DISCOLORED...

Here are the top ten reasons why your tile and grout is discolored:

1. Using wrong chemical(s) and cleaning tool to properly clean with.
2. Shoes, Bare feet, Slippers, heels, etc...
3. Maid is never told what to use, nor do you know what there using.
4. Pets having accidents (like the ones you haven't seen yet).
5. Wrong type of Sealer(s) applied to material!
6. Mop and Glo
7. Wax
8. Wrong colored grout patched in areas throughout.
9. Clorax or any bleaching product...
10. Vinegar...

Many times, permanent issues may involve portions of your grout, all of your grout, and most of the time we don't know till we are completed.
