Porcelain Tile and Grout Cleaning Job where dirty grout is quite common in a normal residential setting. Most porcelain floors will get dirty within 10-12 month period in a normal family setting. Dirty floors get dirty due to improper chemical usage and bare feet, shoes, or any other types of shoes worn on the floors. Socks on your feet are best for all flooring!
Stay away from sponge mops and chemicals that claim to clean your floors! Stick w/bluedawn (Dish Soap) and microfiber mop (Bona). Clean (w/bluedawn in 18oz. trigger bottle filled w/water) in 10 x 10 Areas then follow w/rinse.
